I didn't think it was possible to love any of the Wilders more than Jackson (Sweetest Mistake). Turns out I was wrong. Oh Jake...you big emotionally wounded sweetheart--you kept me up until 11:30 on a weeknight, just so I could see you get your happily ever after. There was much giggling, chair dancing (What? Of course I dance in my chair when I get to the good parts! There were a lot of good parts!), outright guffawing, and even tears before I zoomed to the end (not the least of which is because this is the last book in the Sweet, Texas series and I'm SO SO SAD about that). This was a heart warming and fitting end to a delightful series, with lots of cameos from all the characters we've fallen in love with along the way. If I could give it 10 stars, I totally would.

What can I say? Jake is a darlin' and Annie is his match in every way. A returning veteran with battle wounds that run deeper than the scar on his thigh Jake needs Annie's kind of care and commitment. Annie, a single mother, knows what determination means and she's willing to help Jake put back together the shattered pieces of his heart. A can't put down heartfelt, touching romance that has you believing in happily-ever-after. The only fault I could come up with is that it's the last book in the series. It all went by too fast.
Another incredible book in the Sweet, TX series. This is the last one and what a fantastic way to end it! Jake Wilder's back in Sweet for good. Injured, discharged from the marines, and dealing with his last mission that was beyond FUBAR, he now has to figure out what to do with his life. Single mom Annabelle Morgan has had a crush on Jake Wilder all her life but he's never really noticed her. He's noticing her now, is she ready for that????

Definitely a book for everyone's must read list. I recommend it.
This is the story we have been waiting for to end the Sweet Texas Saga. Jake is the last single brother of the Wilder clan in Sweet Texas. He is a former marine struggling with survival’s guilt. He was once a carefree rancher and the confidant of a younger girl named Annie. Annie is now a single mom who has always carried a torch for Jake. Can they both get past the terrible things that have happened to them and find love?
I’m sad to see this series ending but what a great way to end it. Hopefully, sometime in the future Candis Terry will return to Sweet with more stories about the characters when have come to love.
Candis Terry just keeps getting better and better. I have been reading Terry's books since her first in the Silverthorne's of Deer Lick, Montana. I loved that series and the Sweet, Texas series has kept me going. If you like Jill Shalvis, Kristan Higgins, and Robyn Carr, you will also love Candis. I have loved the entire Sweet series, but I thin Truly Sweet is my favorite. I laughed, I cried and I made new friends in this book. As this is the last in the series, I feel like I am going to miss a lot from the Wilder family, but I am also looking forward to Candis's upcoming new series. I higly recommend this book to anyone who loves a good romance.
A great finale to the series of Sweet, Texas. The perfect read full of emotion, happy tears, sad tears and lots of laughing. Jake, alpha wounded marine and Annabelle, single mom with the cutest toddler reconnect. There is an instant attraction but then Jake gets scared, he has inner demons that he needs to work though on the death of his fellow marine. Annabelle is that perfect person to help move along in life.

It was great to catch up with the rest of the Wilder family, love babies and weddings! Candis Terry, I am going to miss the Wilder family, but excited to meet your new friends. Highly recommend for small town romance lovers!
Truly Sweet is the phenomenal ending to the incredible Sweet, Texas series - and the best was definitely saved for last. This story grabbed me from the very first paragraph and never let go until the very final words, making me laugh in places and cry in others. I fell in love with both Jake and Annie. Jake is the perfect Alpha hero, a little battered and bruised but finding his way back to himself after a hell of a ride. Annie is the perfect heroine - sweet and sassy, someone who can give as good as she gets. I am sad to see the series go, but love how neatly all of the storylines are wrapped in a little bow. I cannot wait to see where Ms. Terry takes us next!

Candis Terry always manages to deliver so many emotions,balanced with humor and romance in her books,and there is always a wise message about life )
For another side,I'm sad,because this is the end of Sweet,Texas series,but while it lasted was amazing journey and I'm so happy that I read these books,because they are one of the best!
